Celebrated Birthday : Pei Wen [Winter Warmer Auto City]


I have try my best to plan a better celebrated birthday with my colleague.She never know we will celebrated with her. I just say will bring her go Winter Warmer for lunch. After that i ask my two salesman help me buy the cake at Summer Bakery.  Thank God Is Friday and everything is going smooth. : )

Health tips : Hiking Tokun w/ colleague


Today we challenge finish hiking the mountain. Start from 7.00am start car go , when we reach almost 7.20am. Never stop our step until the very higher hill. Great and awesome! I am so proud of myself can be that. This is what i have workout in daily and special go for aerobic class and abs on Monday & Friday. 

Around 8.30am we have reach the destination. How great every i cant explain myself. Must follow the motivation person who never stop give up. We promise each either two week will come here along. 

Stay our terminate for keep longer. Once you stop, you will never ever think to go again. 
So happy that i have workout hardly for two week ago and my weight is decrease 1kg !! Yeahhh~
So happy that see the result after workout hardly. You never expect when i am in class.
The person who never stop when the teacher is teaching. I like fast workout. That sure i not really like Yoga class. Its slow and make me feel sleepy. But Yoga is a good exercise actually. I just not prefer it. 

Usually I will take half an hours for workout at home. Some how like sit up or simple abs as well.
Don't need a gym to exercise. Walking is free and so is running. No excuses!

偶尔星期天没有地方去还这样找到这两和朋友陪我。真好!无聊的星期天就这样过去。不然一个人都不知道去哪里好。周末不习惯呆在家里
能参的朋友也渐渐的少。不是朋友多就好,问题是少了也不好。
