Start Workout !!!



My keep fit plan always start tomorrow because....

me at night: tomorrow I'm going to start working on my six pack. me in the morning: how many cinnamon rolls can I fit in my mouth
me: i want to lose weight
me: i want skinny legs me: i want a flat stomach me: i want to be thin me: *sees McDonald*

My hobbies include eating and complaining that i’m getting fat.Dear brain...stop thinking about food all the time. I gonna start workout to keep back my slim body.

Alright ! I have start join gym at near by my house there Sungai Wang Sport Club.
I just like the place with the mix club song. Make me more motion to exercise!
I aim 47KG for two month, Now my weight is 50KG. So i need slim down 3kg in two months.
All the best ya !! Eat health and less dinner.

Fat burning foods: grapefruit, watermelon, berries, hot peppers, celery, greek yogurt, eggs, fish, green tea, coffee, water, oatmeal.


Keep your cleaner, toner, moisturizer, & other products in the order that use them, so don't have to think about it in the morning. I don’t understand how some people can look good every single day. I not pretty all that time. WHY ?! Its that anything to stay look good ?


The harder you workout, the better the results will be.
