Pain is weakness leaving the body.
Feeling good stretching workout today.. Gained much weight just can't make any lazy excuses!:/
Some reminders" Eat clean,sweat everyday, dont worry about calories, go by the feel of your clothes !
Exercise more !!
Daily workout. 4 sets of this:
10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 squats, 20 lunges, 80 jumping jacks, 60 second wall sit.
