Sleep 8-10 hours each night. I know this is really difficult to do when we factor in responsibilities, but sleep is a crucial for the skin.
Drink LOTS of water. Your skin needs a lot of water to keep properly hydrated throughout the day. Wash your face at least twice a day (but no more than three times) with a cleanser that suits your skin.
Decision to watch Brick mansions .Brick Mansions was a good movie .When they put this in the ending it made me tear up ! R.I.P Paul Walker. Do not miss to watch this movie. Its nice action movie.
