Work out myself



Create a habit. Eat clean for 21 days. No sugar for 21 days. 2 litres of water per day for 21 days. Day 22? You won’t even think twice.
Sit up 100 times start my day ! I want hit my target , want back my weight ! Not greedy ...
47KG always my aim target !!
Every weekend will go jogging or climb mountain with colleague or alone.
I swear one day i will slim back again.
Few day i look so tired ! Look at this picture .. Seeee!!
How many hours i have sleep in per day. Such a lifeless
SETTLE TARGET !!
