Workout start at Sungai Wang Sports Clubs



Monday class is Aerobics and ABS.
Tuesday class is Zumba
Wednesday class is Yoga
Thursday class is Zumba 
Friday class is Yoga and Combination workout
Saturday class is boxing 
So.. Which class you prefer ?
I will like to join Aerobics and ABS. Sometime try to join Zumba dance.

 Aerobics is one of my favor exercise fitness . Maybe its burn fat fast that other. The two types of exercise differ by the duration and intensity of muscular contractions involved , as well as by how energy is generated within the muscle. Including those of the legs , chest and arms as well. 

ABS also the one exercise i like to learn it. Before i though is like train muscular more strong. ABS workout is the one can do any place when at home. When sometime i lazy to go gym can try ABS workout at home by myself. 

 Zumba is a dance fitness program . Including like hip-hop , samba, salsa, and like belly dance moves . More that i need to learn with the teacher. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. 


Now have Limited for 200 members RM644 for each person. 
Including for GYM, Yoga , Aerobics , Zumba , Combination, Boxing , Buffer for breakfast lunch and dinner. There will also have entertainment and KTV Room .
