8.8.2013


GYM alone while waiting my brother and sister finish tuition.
Before gym first have to jumping jack to action body.
Each day have a quick workout is better than NO workout. Haha..
Done one hours workout alone.
Sometime there are some girl who think skipping meals leads to weight gain.
By skipping a meal can stores fat to substitute for missing food.
Start I also skipping meals but once i have the meals my weight is gain more that skip meals.
Either eat less or exercise more. Prefer to look in the mirror so that is be your competition with youself.
Whenever feeling stressed out. Let it all out at the gym. Motivation is what gets started and be habit is what keeps going to.

While i am sweating , my face look red and UGLY ! =.=



Like stay at home for whole day with my drama. After gym I feel so exhausted and tired.
I idea where should go and skip today clean up my room.
That life is impossible! I sleep less, I'm tired . When i sleep more , I'm tired too.

Meet up with a gang fren at Gurney Paragon Sushi Zamai .
Any who will say.. Wahhhh.. SUSHI AGAIN..!! LOL..
