Workout tips : Flight for my dream body


So how about you exercise for 1 hour a day instead of complaining that you are fat 24 hours a day?
I exercise. I do one sit up everyday when I get out of bed in the morning. Hahahahaha!Just kidding la!

Feeling good stretching workout today.. Gained much weight just can't make any lazy excuses!:/

Skipping meals leads to weight gain. By skipping a meal, your body then stores fat to substitute for missing food.Need to follow more fitness motivation myself to slim down and try stop think about food and dessert
 I believe that good things come to those who work.

Health is a relationship between with body and me! If i care i am health. Pain is weakness leaving the body.
A goal without a plan is just a wish . Every meal, snack, and food choice make moves closer to, or further away from, the weight loss goal. Listening to music while working out, lowers stress levels & calms the nerves. Its really working.
