Exercise : Gym with Eileen



Skipping breakfast won't help you lose weight in a healthy way. Never skip breakfast.
Workout hard and become the person you have always wanted to be.

Do whatever exercise makes you feel good. Walking just 15 min a day is a great improvement over standing still. Your body/skin will thank you.

RUNNING = losing weight, gaining confidence.

After workout just have tomatoes and broccoli as lunch.

 I want to do some detox water as my daily drink.






Jump rope for 30 jumps, 30 jumping jacks, 30 hop squats, 30 mountain climbers! This is cardio that can EASILY be done at home.

Hunt Food : Gala House Restaurant & Cafe


Gala House Restaurant & Cafe its located in one of the hot spot in Georgetown which is Jalan Muntri. May found it at small hotels along the road. Someof the cafes are located there too. - Behing 50 Cafe.
Well, Gala House is the latest addition. The people working there are super friendly. Its wold like to go there again for the food and drinks. Its atmosphere too.

I have special survey for the foursquare which customer recommend their food. For the special a taste , may try Kimchi Salmon Spaghetti. So sad that Jack Daniel Chocolate Cake also is their popular dessert. But its finish. So we just order the Tiramisu. And she intro me to try their drink Apple Pie. She say it will not so weird after have the food which is so creamy.

I will like to try their cake when i come again. Special Red Velvet Cake and Jack Daniel Chocolate cake is their best selling thus far.

1、瘦小腿冠軍--西瓜

Exericse : Hiking day on Sunday


Early morning go hiking with my colleague. She the motivation person who always ask me to continue it. If not I go with another friend sure will climb till half and giving up. We go Tok Kun Hill for hiking. Start from 8am till 10am only leave. We reach the destination half way hills. I guess we have reach the 3/4 mountain. 

Walk faster to go for breakfast. Because The Coffee Bean breakfast just only till 11AM with refill coffee or tea too. But when we reach almost 10.30am+

First try their breakfast. Really do thumb up. So many couple around here. Their boy friends how good and up early and bring their girl friends to have the breakfast. 



Order the breakfast have including the coffee or tea. But we choice coffee.
Can refill till 11am only. All the price it is same. RM17.90 with coffee.






After short nap then go out high tea with Shan at Winter Warmer. Wait for my fren KeXin come my house for teaching us the beauty product that she have selling now. - Mary Kay . 
I have interest with the mask nowadays. 

Just want to have some rose tea.

Two person is enough for us. So full after had it.
