Exercise : Gym with Eileen



Skipping breakfast won't help you lose weight in a healthy way. Never skip breakfast.
Workout hard and become the person you have always wanted to be.

Do whatever exercise makes you feel good. Walking just 15 min a day is a great improvement over standing still. Your body/skin will thank you.

RUNNING = losing weight, gaining confidence.

After workout just have tomatoes and broccoli as lunch.

 I want to do some detox water as my daily drink.






Jump rope for 30 jumps, 30 jumping jacks, 30 hop squats, 30 mountain climbers! This is cardio that can EASILY be done at home.
