A Great Cafe Chilling with love person. 
I love the decor , British accents , nice re purposed wood tables. Its truly the best British and London-style Oriental food in Penang! The hillside is such a lovely atmosphere,

Coffee Affairs Cafe @ Bishop Street
I came for waffle actually. Recent fall for waffle with ice cream. 
Teeheee... Order their cake and waffle. Both are nice for me. 
They provide free refill skyjuice here too. Just gonna say NO coffee today. ~
If you are looking for some place for gathering or dating. Here are the place for you guys to chill with love. Nice environment and have good service !
