这次是我第三次的研讨会
很开心有机会和很多督导一起被Mary Kay 招待special luncheon. 感觉自己很不一样
我要每年都被Mary Kay 招待午宴
在两天的研讨会真的学了不少东西
特别是优秀的督导分享和首席分享她生活上的享受和从顾问到现在的改变。
还有安排了培训，提升我们即使有些学习过的比如power 10 , skin care class close ，跟进顾客和多关心顾问们
Snow 的分享到对每个顾客都与朋友开始，分享自己的成功以及其他督导的生活


很敬佩一个督导的分享，她说每个人都有二十四小时，八小时睡觉，八小时工作（正业），还有八小时都做MaryKay ，副业做Mary Kay 也可以做到督导身份。我要向她学习时间管理。
